The firmware update (version 1.32) includes:

  • New Features: - DTS-HD audio output. Conversion of DTS-HD Audio to Linear PCM for playback on HDMI output. Conversion of DTS-HD Audio to Analog Audio format to play the audio (7.1) starting. - Determining the transition frequencies for the audio (7.1) starting. - Playback of video files from DVDs or CDs.- Use additional external subtitle files in addition to the DivX media files contain subtitles.
  • Improved stability when playing BD-Java content(Depending on the contents (menu, play, etc.) can play with some BD-Java discs slowing)
  • Improved stability when playing BD-ROM/BD-R/BD-RE/DVD-Video content
  • Resume of troubleshooting when the player using the STANDBY / ON button during playback of BD-ROMs
